Privacy Policy

SleekSync is operated by Hurdle Solutions ("SleekSync," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes how we handle information from website visitors, demo and trial applicants, account users, and customers. A customer using SleekSync is responsible for the personal information it collects from its own shoppers, renters, employees, and event contacts; SleekSync processes that information to provide the service.

• Contact and business details submitted through forms or an account.
• Account identifiers, authentication events, roles, and permissions.
• Store, inventory, customer, fitting, rental, order, and staff data entered into the product.
• Subscription, invoice, and transaction status from payment providers.
• Device, browser, diagnostic, security, and product-usage information.
• Messages, support requests, survey responses, and call or demo details you provide.

• Provide, configure, secure, and support the SleekSync service.
• Provision trials, manage subscriptions, and maintain billing records.
• Authenticate users and enforce tenant, role, and permission boundaries.
• Respond to questions and send service-related communications.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve product workflows.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. If you separately authorize calendar access for demo scheduling, we use that permission to create the requested meeting event. We do not use Google calendar data for advertising.

You can revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Google API data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate SleekSync—for example hosting, database, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose a customer's rental records to other SleekSync customers. Stripe processes payment credentials submitted through Stripe Checkout under Stripe's own privacy terms.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for the service, including authenticated access, tenant-scoped database policies, role-based permissions, transport encryption, restricted administrative access, and security logging for sensitive support workflows. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our Security page explains the controls we can currently substantiate and our present assurance status.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business records. Retention varies by data type and account status. A deletion request may not remove information we must retain, and residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they cycle out.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Service and security notices may still be sent while your account is active.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If you are an end customer of a shop using SleekSync, start with that shop because it controls your rental relationship.

The website may use necessary cookies and limited analytics to operate the site, understand traffic, and remember preferences. SleekSync is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will change the date above and provide reasonable notice when an update materially changes how we handle personal information.
