Scope before schedule

A rollout plan built from your workflow, not a generic promise

Data volume, integrations, hardware, staff availability, and operational exceptions determine implementation scope. SleekSync does not publish a universal go-live time or guaranteed outcome.

1. Readiness review

Bring a representative catalog export and one real rental scenario. Together we identify required records, integrations, devices, roles, and exceptions before setting a timeline.

Evidence: Written scope, data map, owners, and open questions

2. Sample configuration

Configure a limited sample using non-sensitive or approved data. Verify taxes, deposits, permissions, inventory states, customer communications, and payment boundaries.

Evidence: Reviewed sample workflow and issue list

3. Staff verification

Have the people who do the work run booking, fitting, preparation, pickup, return, refund, and exception scenarios on the devices they expect to use.

Evidence: Scenario sign-off and training gaps

4. Agreed rollout

Set the rollout schedule only after the sample and staff checks pass. Keep a documented fallback for business-critical work and confirm support contacts.

Evidence: Launch checklist, fallback plan, and support path

Measure your baseline

Define success before comparing results

Record the current process and use the same scenarios during evaluation. Any published customer outcome should identify its source, period, baseline, and customer approval.

  • Order completion and exception rate
  • Inventory discrepancies by workflow stage
  • Time to complete representative staff tasks
  • Refund, deposit, and return accuracy
  • Staff questions and unresolved training gaps

Start with one representative workflow

A guided walkthrough can establish scope without asking you to trust a fixed implementation claim.
